1. Provider and acceptance
The Bank Statement Converter is provided by SR Accountax, displayed online as “SR AccounTax,” at 41 Dufay Road, Brampton, Ontario L7A 4A2, Canada. Contact enquiry@sraccountax.ca. By creating an account or completing a purchase, you confirm that you are at least 18 and agree to these terms, the Terms of Use, Acceptable Use Policy and Privacy Policy.
2. Plans, credits and taxes
Current prices and limits are displayed on the Plans page and again before checkout. Prices are in Canadian dollars and exclude applicable taxes unless checkout says otherwise. A conversion credit authorizes one statement conversion and remains on the account until used. Free, credit and subscription limits apply as displayed.
3. Automatic renewal
Monthly Pro renews every month and annual Pro renews every year until cancelled. Stripe charges the payment method on file at the then-current disclosed price plus tax. Changes to a recurring price apply only after notice and as permitted by law. You can cancel through the Stripe billing portal in your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid billing period. Keep the confirmation for your records.
4. Allowances and resets
Unused recurring statement or page allowances do not roll over. If you choose “Reset allowance and renew now,” Stripe charges the full current plan fee immediately, starts a new billing period that day and resets the allowance after confirmed payment; unused time in the prior period is not credited. This is shown again before the transaction.
5. Refunds and billing errors
Except where law requires otherwise, used conversion credits, completed conversions and elapsed subscription periods are non-refundable. Contact SR AccounTax within 14 days of a duplicate, unauthorized or incorrect charge, or before using an accidentally purchased credit pack. Eligible unused purchases may be reversed at SR AccounTax’s discretion. Nothing here limits mandatory consumer rights.
6. Conversion limitations
Extraction and OCR can omit, duplicate or misclassify transactions. You must review and reconcile every output to the original statement before bookkeeping, tax, filing, payment or import use. The service is a data-preparation utility, not accounting, tax, legal, financial or investment advice. Password-protected, scanned, damaged or unusual-layout PDFs may fail.
7. Availability, suspension and termination
The service may be maintained, changed or interrupted. SR AccounTax may restrict or terminate access for non-payment, abuse, security risk or breach of these terms. If SR AccounTax permanently ends a paid service without cause, it will provide an appropriate remedy for the unused prepaid portion as required by law.
8. Liability and governing law
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SR AccounTax is not liable for indirect, special, incidental or consequential loss, lost profits or loss caused by an unreviewed output. Any aggregate liability relating to a paid converter purchase is limited to the amount paid for that purchase in the preceding 12 months. These terms are governed by Ontario law and applicable Canadian federal law, without limiting mandatory consumer protections.
9. Records and changes
Stripe provides checkout receipts and the account shows billing status. Save copies of the offer, these terms and purchase confirmation. Material changes affecting an active recurring plan will be communicated as required.
