Bank Statement Converter Pro Subscription Terms

1. Membership

Bank Statement Converter Pro provides access to premium browser-based bank-statement conversion features while the subscription is active. Membership is licensed to the account holder and may not be resold, shared publicly or used to provide a competing conversion service.

2. Fees, taxes and renewal

The monthly plan renews each month and the annual plan renews each year until cancelled. Displayed prices are in Canadian dollars before applicable taxes. Stripe processes payment. The customer authorizes recurring charges for the selected billing period.

3. Cancellation

The member may manage or cancel the subscription through the billing portal. Unless the portal or applicable law states otherwise, cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid billing period and partial-period refunds are not automatically provided.

4. Failed payments

Access may be limited or suspended when a subscription is incomplete, past due, unpaid or cancelled. Stripe may retry payment according to the configured billing settings.

5. No accounting guarantee

The utility performs automated extraction. It can omit, duplicate, misclassify or reverse transactions. The user must compare every output with the original statement. The utility is not a bank record, accounting opinion, tax return, audit procedure or assurance engagement.

6. Browser processing

PDF processing occurs on the user's device. The service does not intentionally upload bank statements to SR AccounTax. The user is responsible for device security, downloaded files and clearing data after use.

7. Availability

Access may be interrupted for maintenance, hosting problems, third-party library availability, security events or circumstances outside reasonable control. Continuous availability is not guaranteed.

8. Acceptable use

Use is subject to the Acceptable Use Policy. SR AccounTax may suspend access for abuse, credential sharing, malicious activity or attempts to bypass membership controls.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the user is responsible for reviewing and using exported information. SR AccounTax is not responsible for losses caused by relying on unverified extraction, incompatible import formats or deletion of local browser data.

10. Google sign-in

Members may use Google Identity Services as an optional authentication method. Google sign-in provides identity information only and does not give SR AccounTax access to Gmail, Google Drive or the member’s Google password. A member remains responsible for protecting both the Google account and any SR AccounTax password connected to the membership.

11. Contact

Questions may be sent to enquiry@sraccountax.ca.

12. Usage allowances

Monthly and annual plans include the statement and page allowances displayed at purchase and in the member dashboard. Each statement authorization consumes one statement unit and its detected page count when extraction begins. Failed or abandoned attempts may still consume usage to prevent circumvention.

13. Early allowance reset

When the current allowance is exhausted, an active subscriber may choose to renew immediately. The subscriber authorizes the full current monthly or annual plan charge. The billing cycle restarts on the successful renewal date, unused time in the prior period is forfeited, no proration or credit is provided, and any scheduled cancellation is removed. The allowance resets only after Stripe confirms payment.

14. Conversion credits

One-time credits are tied to the purchasing account, are not transferable and are consumed when a statement is authorized for full conversion. Except where required by law, used credits and successfully delivered digital-access credits are non-refundable.
