Permitted use
You may convert statements that belong to you or that you are authorized to process for lawful bookkeeping and internal business purposes.
Prohibited use
You must not use the service to process stolen or unlawfully obtained information; invade privacy; commit fraud, identity theft or financial crime; bypass account or allowance controls; share accounts; probe security; introduce malicious code; overload automated systems; scrape protected areas; reverse engineer access controls; infringe rights; or violate law.
Data responsibility
Use a trusted device, obtain any required client or employee authorization, minimize the records selected and secure or delete exports after use. Never enter an online-banking password. The PDF-password field is only for unlocking an encrypted PDF locally.
Enforcement
SR Accountax, displayed online as “SR AccounTax,” may investigate suspected abuse, preserve relevant security records, restrict access and cooperate with lawful requests.
